1. Overview
FOMI respects your privacy and only collects the minimum information required to operate the service, provide support, secure your account, and deliver updates.
2. Information We Process
Personal data may include your email address, authentication/session data, device and request metadata, usage metrics, notification settings, support communications, and application activity needed to operate the service.
Trading-related data may include connected exchange identifiers, encrypted exchange API credentials, account balances, instruments, tickers, open orders, positions, executions, trade outcomes, risk settings, checklist state, price alerts, Guardian status, and chart snapshots.
Billing data may include Stripe customer, checkout, subscription, invoice, payment-status, and webhook records. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by FOMI.
3. How Data Is Used
This data supports account security, billing, subscription access, exchange connectivity, trading workflow features, price alerts, Guardian automation, chart snapshots, product improvement, service reliability, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and user support.
Automated Guardian and alert features may process market, order, position, execution, and risk-rule data to decide whether to notify you or submit supported risk-reduction instructions.
4. Sharing and Safeguards
FOMI does not sell your information. Data is shared only when required by law or with trusted providers who help operate the service under appropriate safeguards, including hosting, email, analytics, payments, and connected exchange/provider services.
Exchange credentials are encrypted at rest. Users should configure exchange API permissions with the minimum access required and should not grant withdrawal permissions.
5. Retention, Export, and Deletion
FOMI retains account, billing, security, trading, alert, worker, webhook, and audit records for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, investigate failures, resolve disputes, and protect users and the platform.
Chart snapshot share links expire by default and can be revoked. Snapshot images and trading records may remain attached to account history unless deleted under an applicable retention or account-deletion workflow.
You may request account export or deletion by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, billing, security, anti-abuse, dispute, or operational integrity reasons.
